Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order. We offer exchange or store credit only, no refunds. We will cover shipping costs to send a replacement in an exchange if there was a mistake on our end otherwise shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Sale items & earrings are final sale.
Contact us if something has arrived damaged or not as expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in a claim through Canada Post.
